Activities: 1. Activity to promote reaching goal: I need a minute board. When children are upset we go to the board and ask them about their feelings and the feelings of their peers.

2. Feelings cards to use while outside, issues arise on the playground just as they do in the classrooms. Print and laminate these cards (or make your own) to help children identify their feelings when an issue arises outside. Remember to talk with children about feelings outside as well and help them to problem solve same as you would in the classroom.
